Are You Able to Focus?

Are you able to focus on the thing(s) that God has called you specifically to do?

We love happy eMails/letters from our MAG Clients! Here’s one … worth sharing (on her ability to focus now that MAG is helping her & the church) … from Angie at The Rock Church in the state of WA! Thanks Angie … grateful for you & your church and all that you do for the Kingdom!

AND … thanks Lorri … for your hard work in serving Angie and The Rock Church!

Good morning Shannon!

Thank you for checking in, I really appreciate Lorri … she is amazing and so helpful! It has taken such a huge weight off of my husband and myself and brought such a peace for our elder-ship team. Especially considering what we came out of this past year!

Jared and I were able to take a week with some friends and last week we spent 3 days at a resort and prayed, planned and strategized for the next 6 months. I would not have been able to do that without your company and Lorri’s help!

Payroll is going great, they are a huge help and it has taken a lot off my plate as well and just a peace knowing it is being done properly … With my accounting background I finally feel like I can be at peace knowing our finances are being handled properly and we have great checks and balances.

Thank you so much!!!!

Angie

Happy with Your Church Bookkeeper?

MAG helps churches all over the US with virtual church bookkeeping.

In our many conversation(s) with church leaders … here are some questions & thoughts to consider with your church bookkeeper … if you are looking to outsource your church bookkeeping & church payroll functions:

  • You are spending your day fighting financial fires versus focusing the things/tasks that God called you to focus on
  • You don’t feel you can rely on and lean into your current financial report(s) to help you run your church
  • It takes longer than 10 days to reconcile, close, and report on the prior month’s financial activity
  • You have no one to fill in for your financial person if that person were unable to come to work tomorrow
  • You don’t feel that you communicate effectively with your banker, CPA, or others (like Elders, members, or attendees) requesting accounting information
  • You only have the funds for a part-time person but need multiple levels of accounting abilities and tasks
  • Your first thought(s), when looking at a financial report is doubt tied to accuracy of data/info provided
  • You find that your vendors call YOU instead of your designated church staff to inquire about payment status
  • You are experiencing short-term cash flow challenges and can’t seem to get a grip on it
  • You are asking yourself why you are the one leading & developing this person when you hear stories of other churches outsourcing their bookkeeper

Still have questions? Identify with the above? We’d love to connect with you.
